Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of the terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the OSINT UI platform (https://osint-ui.com), whose operator is Alex Fernández Santos (contact: osint-ui@proton.me). Registering for or using the service implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the platform.

2. User account

• To access certain features you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
• We recommend enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) available on the platform.
• You must immediately report any unauthorized use of your account to osint-ui@proton.me.

3. Acceptable use

OSINT UI must be used only for lawful open-source intelligence purposes — professional, educational and cybersecurity research. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform for harassment, stalking, intimidation or illegal surveillance of individuals.
• Carrying out investigations or queries for unlawful purposes or that infringe applicable law or the rights of third parties.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data of others.
• Reselling, abusive automation, or use that compromises the security or performance of the service.

The user is solely responsible for the purpose and lawfulness of the queries they perform.

4. Third-party data sources

When you run a tool, the query selector (for example, a username, email address or domain) is transmitted to third-party OSINT data providers (such as Intelligence X, Hunter, Shodan, VirusTotal, among others) in order to return results.

The operator does not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality or availability of the information provided by such third parties, nor is it responsible for their policies or the interruption of their services. The user is solely responsible for the lawful use of the platform and of the information obtained.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• The platform offers a free plan (FREE) with a limited number of monthly uses of certain tools, and a PRO plan with full access.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. OSINT UI does not store your card data.
• Recurring subscriptions: they renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, retaining access until that date.
• Lifetime plan: consists of a one-time payment granting permanent access, with no recurring renewal.
• Refund policy: unless otherwise required by law or expressly decided by the operator, amounts paid for periods already started are non-refundable; cancellation stops future renewals. If you are a consumer, the rights granted to you by applicable regulations will be respected.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, from information obtained through third-party sources, or from interruptions, errors or omissions in the service.

7. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or terminate the access of any user who breaches these terms, makes unlawful or abusive use, or endangers the security of the platform. The user may close their account at any time using the "delete account" feature available on the platform.

8. Modifications

The operator may modify these Terms of Use to adapt them to legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will be the one published on the site, indicated by the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after the changes implies their acceptance.

9. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals that apply under the regulations in force in Spain, without prejudice to consumer rights.
